GBBetter than expected. Much better! Just finished our first year of service with Bell Medex....and we could not be happier! For the percentage we are paying them, I was initially concerned that it was too good to be true. I was wrong! Their customer service and the communication with our team is pretty amazing! We work directly with Crystal Rainbow and she is phenomenal. We have her cell number (which never happened with our previous billing companies) and can always get her on the phone when needed. Our reimbursements are higher than ever and our aging A/R is lower than ever. I highly recommend!

GBHelpful and informative team Jacob has been great to work with, we are a fairly new practice only been operating for a few months. We were having issues getting paid by insurance companies. Jacob assured us he would be able to help, in September we received less than $1,000 in payments from insurance companies and so far through October Jacob and his team has gotten us almost $3,000. On top of that he has been great helping us with our Medicare issue which we believe is finally resolved. Jacob sends us reports daily to keep us informed on what they are doing for us.
