BellMedEx has been a very accommodating… BellMedEx has been a very accommodating billing company over the past few years we have been with them. Questions are always answered within 24 hours or at the very least acknowledged with next steps. Highly recommend!

Frustrating Bellmedex doesn't want our office staff to correct errors made in filing. But we have to do the legwork in order for you to correct them. Then contact you with information to refile. That isn't always done in a timely enough manner to meet filing deadlines. It's frustrating. It causes us extra work to gather the information readily available to you on AdvancedMD, consolidate it into a coherent email & then send to you. Where you might or might not finish the job in time to meet deadline.
