USI simply don’t believe any of these… I simply don’t believe any of these five star reviews are legit. As a customer with the a company that uses them, I can attest to the absolutely abysmal communication about very routine billing questions. It takes months to get things straightened out, if they ever get straightened out at all. The company that employed them is one that has a very good provider with whom I’m very comfortable, but I’m currently searching for a different provider because the billing system is truly intolerable.

USBetter than expected. Much better! Just finished our first year of service with Bell Medex....and we could not be happier! For the percentage we are paying them, I was initially concerned that it was too good to be true. I was wrong! Their customer service and the communication with our team is pretty amazing! We work directly with Crystal Rainbow and she is phenomenal. We have her cell number (which never happened with our previous billing companies) and can always get her on the phone when needed. Our reimbursements are higher than ever and our aging A/R is lower than ever. I highly recommend!

USMy company is new to BellMedEx My company is new to BellMedEx. My initial contact has been great. We still have to work through the best way to communicate going forward. I prefer emails as I can read them both in and away from my office and respond more quickly. I look forward to a successful working relationship. I am the owner of my company.
