Adam was wonderful with all of his help. A product I received was defective. After contacting Global about the situation, Adam, a Global representative, wrote to me asking what I needed. I sent pictures of the defect. Adam contacted the company who made the product and took care of relaying my concerns. I received a brand new product within a week! Excellent IV teach are with fairly realistic "pop" and authentic "flashback". The IV venipuncture are is excellent for teaching students and for them to get hands on experience without sticking each other.

Takes too long to ship It's been 2 weeks and my order still has not shipped. I called at the 1 week point and was told it should be shipping "tomorrow". Wonder if I'll ever actually get the product. Hmmm........
