Due to the situation which was no fault of the company, I was unable to get a model that I would have preferred but I like the model except it claimed that you could do Leopold's maneuver and you cannot do it very well at all. I would buy from them again but would ask that they are more accurate on descriptions.

USarrived safe and sound, easy to put together, recommended. stan arrived in good condition. he requires a little assembly, but that was easy enough. my one complaint was that the scapulas are bolted to the ribs in back, but removing one bolt gives a semblance of range of motion. it's a nice skeleton, definitely worth it overall.

USAdam was wonderful with all of his help. A product I received was defective. After contacting Global about the situation, Adam, a Global representative, wrote to me asking what I needed. I sent pictures of the defect. Adam contacted the company who made the product and took care of relaying my concerns. I received a brand new product within a week! Fantastic service and customer relations. Adam communicated continuously with me to make sure everything was ok. I thank him so much.

USWebsite is not up to date and didn't stock item I wanted I placed an order based on the website and only later found out that the item was not in stock. There is a 3 month wait for the new shipment, so I had to cancel the credit card order. My experience was not good. Don't know if I'll ever try ordering from this place again. They did nothing to apologize or compensate me for my disappointment and for the confusion on their end.
