GBThe staff have been very helpful The staff have been very helpful. I've experienced a setback in the delivery/ lack of of the wheelchair I ordered. FED EX Mishandled the shipping which is not the fault of Unique Medical. Ms Olivia has bent over backwards to fix the problem.

GBBEWARE!!!!! You deserve o stars!!! I am begging and pleading with anyone reading this please do not order from this company (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!) they do not send merchandise and they keep giving you the run around, I just lost money down the drain dealing with this company, I wish I would have read the reviews first. But it's ok because I know other people will read this review and take (CAUTION). There are many legitimate companies so please shop elsewhere.

GBI recently had surgery on my foot I recently had surgery on my foot. Thought I would be walking out using crushes. Unfortunately, I found I am not strong enough and my balance is not what it was when I was younger, so I had to order a wheelchair to get to and from the doctor's office during my recovery. It arrived within a few days, almost totally assembled. We just had to put the arm and leg extensions in place. It is made out of quality material and it is so easy to get around in. So worth the money. Thank you Unique Medical Supply!

GBBest online experience I've had in… Best online experience I've had in years. After placing my order they reached out to ensure the address was correct. I was informed my items were going to be “ quick to ship”. Within 4 days everything was safely at my Grandmothers door. GBGreat Service Great Service! I ordered an item for a good price and got a fast delivery schedule report. Great! But, then, the delivery company lost the order. I called Unique Medical Supply and a customer service rep came online very quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and a few days later, my item arrived. I'll buy again from Unique Medical Supply.
