Order was placed on 01/01/2023 and… Order was placed on 01/01/2023 and merchandise has never been shipped or received. Called and emailed multiple times with no answer on calls and only one response to a Facebook complaint. It has been 45 days for a delivery promise in 5-7 days.

I recently had surgery on my foot I recently had surgery on my foot. Thought I would be walking out using crushes. Unfortunately, I found I am not strong enough and my balance is not what it was when I was younger, so I had to order a wheelchair to get to and from the doctor's office during my recovery. It arrived within a few days, almost totally assembled. We just had to put the arm and leg extensions in place. It is made out of quality material and it is so easy to get around in. My husband is no longer able to use the… My husband is no longer able to use the upstairs shower due to the stairs so we bought a Guardian Medine Bariatric Bath bench without a back to place in our clawfoot bath tub (old tub, not the newer types) in the downstairs bathroom. He is able to sit while using a hand held shower hose that is attached to the tub faucets. I was not sure if the bench would fit the tub but it does and because it can be raised or lowered, he was able to adjust the bench to a comfortable level for him. This is the first time we have purchased anything from Unique Medical Supply but we were pleased with the product, the ease of ordering, and how quickly it was delivered. Very satisfied!

I like that this unit adjusts higher I like that this unit adjusts higher, to help me walk more upright. I was completely surprised that it arrived so soon, since it was supposed to be on back order until August. It's a good, sturdy rollator.
