Lily’s customer service was one of, if not the best customer service treatment I have ever experienced. Then I was shocked to learn that the lifetime warranty that applied to my original device also applies to the brand new replacement device that I now have!! Zero Gravity really stands behind its products! This product is expensive, but the results, plus the customer service and the extended warranty are absolutely worth it!!
