Very grateful for the experience I received from Zero Gravity I am beyond thrilled with the customer service I received from Zero Gravity. I needed to ask some questions regarding my Perfectio X and almost immediately received an email with a response. They replaced my wand and they made the process so easy and at the time, my life was less than easy. I lost my mom in March and I was in the process of moving my dad closer to me. I absolutely love my Perfectio X. My facial routine has has brought smoothness and an even tone glow to my face. I can't thank Zero Gravity enough for their amazing product and service.

Can't believe it but fell for this scam… Can't believe it but fell for this scam crap at the airport in Mexico. Very high-pressure sales tactics, one girl took my credit card and disappeared so I couldn't just walk out. Was told device had a lifetime warranty which turns out to be a limited warranty. The number I was given to call customer service was someone trying to sell more stuff. Surely the company will claim it's a third-party vendor or some nonsense but that's false. And even if not, you should be more careful who you let sell your crappy devices.
