SOLIS WORKS!!! I have a genetic predisposition for neck arthritis and my genes did their job. Grrr! After over THIRTY YEARS of level 10+ pain in my neck and that radiated to my shoulders and back, I'm having to figure out how to describe NOT being in pain! Yay!

Unfortunately, I can not use this product. I was very excited when I saw this product. I have MS and I am in constant pain. I received this product on January 26th while I was out of town. I tried it a few days ago and found it painful. I tried it again last night and it really hurts. Unfortunately, I can not use this product. I called your office this morning (Feb 6, 2021) to find out how to return this product back to you. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

My husband has had good results as far… My husband has had good results as far as low back pain and stenosis with this device. He says the immediate pain relief is noteable. He uses for a few minutes nightly, the fact that he has kept up with it, rather than quickly abandoned it, like he has so many other pain relief strategies, tells me something! Thank you, Solis!

This is a great concept but not if you are alone This is a great concept but unless your pain is 'in the front/reachable" you need to have a person help you reach the pressure point. In my case I cannot reach the nerve in my back causing the pain and I have no one available to use it on me. I feel that if there was a cord between the intensity wheel and the device, it might be possible. However, placing it on my back, trying to roll the shallow wheel to the correct intensity, and holding this position for 3 or 4 minutes is impossible for me. If you have a problem with a place you can reach, i think you should give this a try.

Works well for my medical situation This Solis tens unit worked very well for me for my plantar fasciitis, knee, shoulder, lower back. It’s a temporary relief that works well bec it’s very portable to take anywhere. Having metal in my C-Spine causes a lot of pain all over my body and so when I am using it, it does gives me relief even if it’s temporary. The only thing I noticed is that when the package arrived, it was not wrapped in a secured plastic and the gel tube didn’t have a seal so when I emailed Solis that I thought this package is refurbished, I was emailed back ad. Was told that the packaging is the same and they don’t put a seal cover on their gel tube but everything is directly ship from manufacturer. I was just concerned bec of covid, thinking they are packaged well for like ship the tens unit in a vacuum sealed plastic as I noticed there was some fingerprints on the unit itself, I guess bec they had to test it before they shipped it. Anyways, IT WORKS and I just cleaned/wiped the tens unit myself following the guidelines of how it’s use and maintain for up keeping. ITS WORTH The money you will pay…I bring it anywhere, as I soon I feel tense on my muscle or spasm and pain, I can use it right away, very lightweight to carry around. I used a cloth bag that I had to store it in my bag. Thanks SOLIS and hope you will continue to give good customer service. This review is based on my 1 week of use.
