Pleasantly surprised by its usefulness Pleasantly surprised by its usefulness I originally purchased this device for low back/hip pain and it works. Relieves pain quickly and it feels better for hours. What I discovered was it really helps with the arthritis in my toes and at the balls of my feet. The pain was affecting my ability to be as active as I desire. This device allows me to stay active with much less pain.

Absoltue garbage Absoltue garbage. This device doesn't reliably relieve any legitimate pain. A representative via email talked me into waiting to return it which in turn caused me to miss the 60 day window. Now I have a useless device that does not live up to it's claims and was extremely expensive. Do not purchase this! ...to anyone reading the reply to this, bear in mind that the fact that this is a bogus product is not even touched on! This company knows it sells a "snake oil" product backed by fake and/or paid reviews. Buyer beware!

Works well for my medical situation This Solis tens unit worked very well for me for my plantar fasciitis, knee, shoulder, lower back. It’s a temporary relief that works well bec it’s very portable to take anywhere. Having metal in my C-Spine causes a lot of pain all over my body and so when I am using it, it does gives me relief even if it’s temporary. The only thing I noticed is that when the package arrived, it was not wrapped in a secured plastic and the gel tube didn’t have a seal so when I emailed Solis that I thought this package is refurbished, I was emailed back ad. Was told that the packaging is the same and they don’t put a seal cover on their gel tube but everything is directly ship from manufacturer. I was just concerned bec of covid, thinking they are packaged well for like ship the tens unit in a vacuum sealed plastic as I noticed there was some fingerprints on the unit itself, I guess bec they had to test it before they shipped it. Anyways, IT WORKS and I just cleaned/wiped the tens unit myself following the guidelines of how it’s use and maintain for up keeping. ITS WORTH The money you will pay…I bring it anywhere, as I soon I feel tense on my muscle or spasm and pain, I can use it right away, very lightweight to carry around. I used a cloth bag that I had to store it in my bag. Thanks SOLIS and hope you will continue to give good customer service. This review is based on my 1 week of use.
