GBAmazing Customer Service from Linda I recently visited the new High Wycombe store and was treated to excellent customer by Linda and the store manager Adam. Their products are of high quality, reasonably priced and very ascetically pleasing. Linda spent 2 hours helping me choose a bed, side cabinets and pillows. Her knowledge was extensive and her patience was incredible, she was genuinely engaged in trying to help me make the right choices. I went back and forth between designs and colours and with Linda's help found the perfect furniture. I had follow up questions and queries which were dealt with quickly and professionally. The instore team went above and beyond to facilitate the enjoyable experience of my purchase and Linda in particular is a credit to the company. I have recommended the store to multiple friends, one of which has already purchased a mattress and I will defiantly be a return customer.

GBI like the ease of use of the system I like the ease of use of the system, and would rate the product higher if the smell was not so obnoxious. After each cleaning, I have to wash everything in order to get rid of the smell. This totally defeats the purpose of using the machine which I had hoped to use at home and when traveling. After I started using the product my allergies became worse due to the strong ozone smell. If this problem could be eliminated, I would keep it. Otherwise, I have invested money in a product and an extra bag that is not useful. I wonder if there is any evidence that the smell/ozone could be harmful to someone who has respiratory allergies? I would appreciate a reply and references to support the answer. Thank you.

GBExcellent service - highly recommend Excellent service from Rashid and Jeffery based in King's Road. Very friendly and helpful with buying a King's size bed. Will be bringing my mum to buy her bed. Would highly recommend.

GBThe machine/product is very easy to… The machine/product is very easy to use. However, I found out that I am evidently allergic to ozone, as I developed a pretty severe rash/soreness where the mask was on my face after using the Sleep8. I replaced the bag, after seeing that the bag should only be used for about a month. Unfortunately, that didn't change the skin reaction from recurring. I would prefer to be able to use this product but cannot.

GBMuch better than doing it manually! It is great to have the Sleep Apnea cleaner. Doing things manually was no fun. The operating device takes quite long to charge, but once you start using it regularly you get yourself into a routine. The company communicates well, and good customer service will help you get the subsequent bags you will need. My device broke after more than a year's use, and the company quickly replaced it.
