Great little machine Works as described, super easy, plus I can store it away during while not in use - unlike the competition which requires a constant night table area.

Purchased our super king bed back in… Purchased our super king bed back in April and was very surprised with the 8 week turnaround rather than the 12 weeks we’d been told it may take. Unfortunately the head board of the bed would not fit up our stairs so quite quickly our situation was looking quite disappointing. Sleep 8 on the other hand dealt with our issue quite quickly considering the heightened tension at delivery. Within days they arranged a team to visit the house to carefully take the head board apart and then carefully put our bed back together. The service was very much appreciated and we cannot fault it. Stinky hot mess We, too, overwhelmed with stink. Smells electrical and won't dissipate after cleaning. Thought maybe the rubber bag. Will try another week before returning. Very dissatisfied because of the stink. I've used 1 week awaken 3 times with headache after cleaning equipment daily. Nice try but stinks.

Amazing Customer Service from Linda I recently visited the new High Wycombe store and was treated to excellent customer by Linda and the store manager Adam. Their products are of high quality, reasonably priced and very ascetically pleasing. Linda spent 2 hours helping me choose a bed, side cabinets and pillows. Her knowledge was extensive and her patience was incredible, she was genuinely engaged in trying to help me make the right choices. I went back and forth between designs and colours and with Linda's help found the perfect furniture. I had follow up questions and queries which were dealt with quickly and professionally. The instore team went above and beyond to facilitate the enjoyable experience of my purchase and Linda in particular is a credit to the company. I have recommended the store to multiple friends, one of which has already purchased a mattress and I will defiantly be a return customer.

Wonderful service from Rav at the… Wonderful service from Rav at the Bluewater store. She listened to my needs patiently and showed me different choices during my visit enabling me to make a good choice with my bed. Still waiting for the bed delivery (12 weeks lead time due to Christmas break) so will update the review when the bed is delivered!
