GBWonderful service from Rav at the… Wonderful service from Rav at the Bluewater store. She listened to my needs patiently and showed me different choices during my visit enabling me to make a good choice with my bed. Still waiting for the bed delivery (12 weeks lead time due to Christmas break) so will update the review when the bed is delivered!

GBThe chemical smell is real. Yesterday was my second time using the Sleep 8 Device Kit. It's extremely simple to use which is exactly what I was looking for. However, there was a strong chemical smell the first night after using it both times. I tried running my CPAP machine for 30 minutes before putting my mask on which helped a little bit. If it were just the temporary smell, I would live with it but last night I felt burning around the outside of my nostrils and had to stop using my CPAP. This morning, the outer edges of my nose are red and sore. Could it be a chemical burn? I can't say for sure. Buyer beware - the chemical smell noted in other reviews is real.

GBGreat little machine Works as described, super easy, plus I can store it away during while not in use - unlike the competition which requires a constant night table area.

GBI like the ease of use of the system I like the ease of use of the system, and would rate the product higher if the smell was not so obnoxious. After each cleaning, I have to wash everything in order to get rid of the smell. This totally defeats the purpose of using the machine which I had hoped to use at home and when traveling. After I started using the product my allergies became worse due to the strong ozone smell. If this problem could be eliminated, I would keep it. Otherwise, I have invested money in a product and an extra bag that is not useful. I wonder if there is any evidence that the smell/ozone could be harmful to someone who has respiratory allergies? I would appreciate a reply and references to support the answer. Thank you.
