Purchased our super king bed back in… Purchased our super king bed back in April and was very surprised with the 8 week turnaround rather than the 12 weeks we’d been told it may take. Unfortunately the head board of the bed would not fit up our stairs so quite quickly our situation was looking quite disappointing. Sleep 8 on the other hand dealt with our issue quite quickly considering the heightened tension at delivery. Within days they arranged a team to visit the house to carefully take the head board apart and then carefully put our bed back together. The service was very much appreciated and we cannot fault it. The machine/product is very easy to… The machine/product is very easy to use. However, I found out that I am evidently allergic to ozone, as I developed a pretty severe rash/soreness where the mask was on my face after using the Sleep8. I replaced the bag, after seeing that the bag should only be used for about a month. Unfortunately, that didn't change the skin reaction from recurring. I would prefer to be able to use this product but cannot.
