Ready for home, travel and camping The Sleep8 is perfect for my needs and has performed without fail. A compact sanitizer that is made for travel and does not take up much space at home. The travel case is a nice addition, and the travel wipes are a bit on the small size, but they work for the intended purpose. USB charging option is great for camping.

I had to contact Sleep 8 About their… I had to contact Sleep 8 About their product which I am not thrilled with. They are sending me a replacement because t barely holds a charge to last for two cleaning cycles, not three as indicated. So far, teh service dept has come through.

Purchased our super king bed back in… Purchased our super king bed back in April and was very surprised with the 8 week turnaround rather than the 12 weeks we’d been told it may take. Unfortunately the head board of the bed would not fit up our stairs so quite quickly our situation was looking quite disappointing. Sleep 8 on the other hand dealt with our issue quite quickly considering the heightened tension at delivery. Within days they arranged a team to visit the house to carefully take the head board apart and then carefully put our bed back together. The service was very much appreciated and we cannot fault it. Amazing Customer Service from Linda I recently visited the new High Wycombe store and was treated to excellent customer by Linda and the store manager Adam. Their products are of high quality, reasonably priced and very ascetically pleasing. Linda spent 2 hours helping me choose a bed, side cabinets and pillows. Her knowledge was extensive and her patience was incredible, she was genuinely engaged in trying to help me make the right choices. I went back and forth between designs and colours and with Linda's help found the perfect furniture. I had follow up questions and queries which were dealt with quickly and professionally. The instore team went above and beyond to facilitate the enjoyable experience of my purchase and Linda in particular is a credit to the company. I have recommended the store to multiple friends, one of which has already purchased a mattress and I will defiantly be a return customer.

Overwhelmed With Sleep8 Ozone Odor I was excited last month to try your cleaning device. The size is great and the design impressive. Unfortunately, each cleaning cycle produces a terrible ozone odor that doesn't dissipate. Adding insult to injury, when I called your support team last week for guidance, your representative essentially told me to get over it. I remain open to suggestions for solutions. If not; back to SoClean.
