I still cannot describe the "odor"… I still cannot describe the "odor" after Sleep8 finish its cycle: it is not as the smell after rain (that one I do like), but the smell I get during and after the cycle is not pleasant (is not noxious)... Not sure if its the blue bag, the charcoal or what... I have cleaned the whole water receptacle, tube and mask, I've tried only the tube, but in all, the odor remains the same... Is it possible I am not using it correctly? Is it normal?

I like the Sleep 8 I like the Sleep 8. It is easy to use, does a good job of sanitizing my CPAP mask, hose and humidifier tray and it seems durable. The zipper on the bag sticks a bit on closing, but works if I am careful with it.

I am so impressed with our new bed! I am so impressed with our new bed!! Its fantastic quality and the customer service team (Zufi in particular), were incredibly helpful and made the process from start to finish a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Sleep8 to anyone looking for a beautiful/high quality bed!

Wonderful service from Rav at the… Wonderful service from Rav at the Bluewater store. She listened to my needs patiently and showed me different choices during my visit enabling me to make a good choice with my bed. Still waiting for the bed delivery (12 weeks lead time due to Christmas break) so will update the review when the bed is delivered!

I had to contact Sleep 8 About their… I had to contact Sleep 8 About their product which I am not thrilled with. They are sending me a replacement because t barely holds a charge to last for two cleaning cycles, not three as indicated. So far, teh service dept has come through.
