GBThe machine/product is very easy to… The machine/product is very easy to use. However, I found out that I am evidently allergic to ozone, as I developed a pretty severe rash/soreness where the mask was on my face after using the Sleep8. I replaced the bag, after seeing that the bag should only be used for about a month. Unfortunately, that didn't change the skin reaction from recurring. I would prefer to be able to use this product but cannot.

GBStinky hot mess We, too, overwhelmed with stink. Smells electrical and won't dissipate after cleaning. Thought maybe the rubber bag. Will try another week before returning. Very dissatisfied because of the stink. I've used 1 week awaken 3 times with headache after cleaning equipment daily. Nice try but stinks.

GBI am so impressed with our new bed! I am so impressed with our new bed!! Its fantastic quality and the customer service team (Zufi in particular), were incredibly helpful and made the process from start to finish a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Sleep8 to anyone looking for a beautiful/high quality bed!

GBPurchased our super king bed back in… Purchased our super king bed back in April and was very surprised with the 8 week turnaround rather than the 12 weeks we’d been told it may take. Unfortunately the head board of the bed would not fit up our stairs so quite quickly our situation was looking quite disappointing. Sleep 8 on the other hand dealt with our issue quite quickly considering the heightened tension at delivery. Within days they arranged a team to visit the house to carefully take the head board apart and then carefully put our bed back together. The service was very much appreciated and we cannot fault it. Thank you sleep 8.

GBOverwhelmed With Sleep8 Ozone Odor I was excited last month to try your cleaning device. The size is great and the design impressive. Unfortunately, each cleaning cycle produces a terrible ozone odor that doesn't dissipate. Adding insult to injury, when I called your support team last week for guidance, your representative essentially told me to get over it. I remain open to suggestions for solutions. If not; back to SoClean.
