Poor customer service disrespectful… Poor customer service disrespectful people very rude and this place is a fraud.

I just found that the concentrator is a… I just found that the concentrator is a bit too heavy for me. As far as the oxygen delivery, it helps me immensely, especially while wearing a mask. The customer service has been great, I love the protective case that came with it, and the packaging and delivery was excellent.

Very Bad Servise. I have been trying to get them to send me a fixed machine. but they are not calling me or returning my emails. I have changed my back. since I don't need my breathing machine anymore. and since they wont call me for service. I wont pay them anymore.These do not give a SH-T about us.

I appreciate the fact that I was able… I appreciate the fact that I was able to purchase Oxyensure with monthly payments. Oxyensure is easy to use and now I have it for airline travel as well. I am very pleased with Oxyensure. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to purchase Oxyensure.

My Oxyensure Concentrator has been wonderful for the most part. My Oxyensure Concentrator has been wonderful. I have only had a couple of times when I've had to send it for repair and the staff have been friendly and helpful.
