Having problems with pure oxygen… Having problems with pure oxygen content. Can’t seem to fix it

My Oxyensure Concentrator has been wonderful for the most part. My Oxyensure Concentrator has been wonderful. I have only had a couple of times when I've had to send it for repair and the staff have been friendly and helpful.

Doing Business with Oxyensure My transaction was handle great with Oxyensure customer service person. They even followed up with my Doctor. I Loved how easy it was. Just wish more companies would treat people like y’all did.

Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really… Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. There are a couple things that I think can be improved upon. 1) it would be great if you did bill insurance or at least provided the codes needed in order to get reimbursed from the insurance company. 2) If there is a way to offer lighter weight concentrators.

Poor customer service disrespectful… Poor customer service disrespectful people very rude and this place is a fraud.
