I just found that the concentrator is a… I just found that the concentrator is a bit too heavy for me. As far as the oxygen delivery, it helps me immensely, especially while wearing a mask. The customer service has been great, I love the protective case that came with it, and the packaging and delivery was excellent.

Very Bad Servise. I have been trying to get them to send me a fixed machine. but they are not calling me or returning my emails. I have changed my back. since I don't need my breathing machine anymore. and since they wont call me for service. I wont pay them anymore.These do not give a SH-T about us.

There are a couple things that I think can be improved upon. 1) it would be great if you did bill insurance or at least provided the codes needed in order to get reimbursed from the insurance company. 2) If there is a way to offer lighter weight concentrators.
