Unit and case did not match up to… Unit and case did not match up to external charger. Didnt give me as many hours as advertised. Tried to charge me more than contract. Being in a place where there is smoke voids any returns.( visit to smokers) tried to make me pay for loaner too when i returned it. Dont recommend

I love it but its getting to be a good… I love it but its getting to be a good bit heavy for me. I'm having some serious back problems and its a good bit too heavy for me. Im wondering if you have a smaller weight one with 2 batteries that will last 2nd for a shoping trip of maybe 5 or 6 hours that I could trade for.
