GBEveryone I’ve spoken to has been really… Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really nice and went out of their way to be helpful. There are a couple things that I think can be improved upon. 1) it would be great if you did bill insurance or at least provided the codes needed in order to get reimbursed from the insurance company. 2) If there is a way to offer lighter weight concentrators.

GBVery Bad Servise. I have been trying to get them to send me a fixed machine. but they are not calling me or returning my emails. I have changed my back. since I don't need my breathing machine anymore. and since they wont call me for service. I wont pay them anymore.These do not give a SH-T about us.

And the payment plan was great, however I've noticed ony bank statement I've only received$79 payment... I thought I'd get my deposit back also????? Thank you for helping Eloise Loos.

GBVery professional Very professional, my unit quit working and I was sent a loaner and they repaired mine promptly. Great product and the customer service is fantastic!!
