Parts Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters. Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to. I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed.There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read. Extra Power Cord My cord was delivered in a timely fashion and works very well with the D/C car system. I would also like to add that the staff at Oxygen Direct was courteous and helpful in obtaining permission for me to fly on Delta Airlines with my Inogen Concentrator and two batteries.
