We ordered a pair of oxygen concentrator Column and was supposed to be shipped to us and it never did after a week.I followed up several times and apparently I couldn’t get on the phone with the supervisor. They said just email Greg. So the order was finally canceled at the end. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Order #472612

Extra Power Cord My cord was delivered in a timely fashion and works very well with the D/C car system. I would also like to add that the staff at Oxygen Direct was courteous and helpful in obtaining permission for me to fly on Delta Airlines with my Inogen Concentrator and two batteries.
