Parts Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters. Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to. I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed.There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read. Bad service I ordered a gen4 battery, phone call was dropped, emails unanswered. Finally had a call to let me know the item would be delivered the next day. The next day lo and behold, an email to say my order was cancelled!!! There are plenty of other companies out there if you want reliability. Definitely give these a miss.
