GBFalse advertising all around False advertising all around. I ordered on a Wednesday with engraving because they advertised “no delay” engraving. Then when I went to check out, I was offered the chance for speedier delivery with 2 day delivery option for an extra $14-ish with delivery date of the next Tuesday. Well, they didn’t finish the engraving until Friday and said they missed the window to ship it out until Monday. At that point I asked for a refund on the $14 I paid in shipping given that they couldn’t deliver on it on their end. They said shipping was just an estimate and refused to refund me. The estimated delivery on this “2 day” shipping was Thursday. Well, today is Thursday and based on the last tracking update, it’s somewhere in the USPS system after it arrived somewhere in Connecticut. I would have opted for a different online seller has I known their “no delay” engraving and 2 day shipping meant absolutely nothing.

GBMy new Littmann Core Digital… My new Littmann Core Digital Stethoscope is a great advance over my Littmann 3200 Stethoscope. The audio is much clearer and louder with better external noise suppression. The price was the best I could find after searching a few websites and the shipping was on time.

GBMedisave customer service is TERRIBLE Medisave customer service is TERRIBLE. I paid extra for expedited shipping (stethoscope was a gift for someone starting medical school, was to be given at a special event). It did not arrive when estimated - actually, TEN days after the estimated delivery! I called the company during their business hours on the East Coast, only to be on hold for a while, being told I was the next person in line, then the machine hanging up on me telling me they had too many calls. They recommended “live chat“. It is absolutely not live – people email you back 1 to 2 days later. And the “live chat bot” asks the same questions several times. I called the company back on another workday, and left a message. They never returned my call. I had multiple emails with the “live chat“ person, demanding the extra money I spent for “expedited” shipping, and they basically told me it was not their fault. So, I’m very dissatisfied with Medisave. Horrible customer service.
