Great product once it arrived (after a phone call to customer service) The product is great and the customer service agent I spoke with was great....BUT....I paid extra to have the product delivered by 4/18 (as a gift to an employee who is moving on) and it never showed up on the 18th - and no notice of this was given. I had to call and get the information. THen the representative was very helpful in locating the order and expediting its delivery. There should have been better communication from the outset.

False advertising all around False advertising all around. I ordered on a Wednesday with engraving because they advertised “no delay” engraving. Then when I went to check out, I was offered the chance for speedier delivery with 2 day delivery option for an extra $14-ish with delivery date of the next Tuesday. Well, they didn’t finish the engraving until Friday and said they missed the window to ship it out until Monday. At that point I asked for a refund on the $14 I paid in shipping given that they couldn’t deliver on it on their end. They said shipping was just an estimate and refused to refund me. The estimated delivery on this “2 day” shipping was Thursday. Well, today is Thursday and based on the last tracking update, it’s somewhere in the USPS system after it arrived somewhere in Connecticut. I would have opted for a different online seller has I known their “no delay” engraving and 2 day shipping meant absolutely nothing.

Would not recommend if you cannot guarantee that you will be able to sign for your package. Down 200 pounds and nothing to show for it. Really unhelpful customer support.

Excellent service I needed to replace my stethoscope in a short amount of time as I moved and my household goods aren’t going to be delivered for some time. I ordered a stethoscope, and it arrived early, but I realized I had ordered the wrong one. I spoke to Rob on the phone who was incredibly helpful in combining an order for the correct stethoscope and ear tips that I had ordered separately. Both arrived early again, and I am incredibly pleased with the service and the items. I will recommend this site to my friends and colleagues.

Customer Service I ordered a Classic Littmann stethoscope and a few other items early one morning from this company. The package would not update on the USPS site for days. I contacted Medisave customer service and promptly received a response the same day. They looked into the issue for me and a few days later my package arrived! You can't beat the prices that they give on quality items. I would definitely recommend this company and have already! (Updated for spelling errors😆)
