Don’t pay extra for faster shipping Paid extra for two day shipping g and didn’t get it till after 4 days after shipping. No refund or partial refund given. I paid extra to get it on time.

Great product once it arrived (after a phone call to customer service) The product is great and the customer service agent I spoke with was great....BUT....I paid extra to have the product delivered by 4/18 (as a gift to an employee who is moving on) and it never showed up on the 18th - and no notice of this was given. I had to call and get the information. THen the representative was very helpful in locating the order and expediting its delivery. There should have been better communication from the outset.

Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope Order date 12/14, receive date 12/30. Contacted to inquire about shipment two different times, was told two different things. Box does not contain Littmann Hologram I’ve had on prior purchases elsewhere. Engraving was well done. I’m uncertain if I’d purchase from this website again.

Medisave customer service is TERRIBLE Medisave customer service is TERRIBLE. I paid extra for expedited shipping (stethoscope was a gift for someone starting medical school, was to be given at a special event). It did not arrive when estimated - actually, TEN days after the estimated delivery! I called the company during their business hours on the East Coast, only to be on hold for a while, being told I was the next person in line, then the machine hanging up on me telling me they had too many calls. They recommended “live chat“. It is absolutely not live – people email you back 1 to 2 days later. And the “live chat bot” asks the same questions several times. I called the company back on another workday, and left a message. They never returned my call. I had multiple emails with the “live chat“ person, demanding the extra money I spent for “expedited” shipping, and they basically told me it was not their fault. So, I’m very dissatisfied with Medisave. Horrible customer service.
