perfectly quick and simple I ordered my scrubs Monday, had them on my back Wednesday. Doesn't get much better than that!! :D The only part I didn't like was that i wasn't able to verify my order was placed online and nobody ever answered the phone when i called customer service. That could just be a staffing problem but still. Having never used this site before it would have been nice to verify everything was processing. So 1 star off for that, otherwise it was a 5star experience. Definitely will order scrubs here in the future.

Fast delivery of the items ordered and assistance provided on the phone was second to none. Poor Communication After Lost Order Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!
