GBDiscontinued merchandise for sale... I ordered scrub pants put them in my cart and checked out without a problem. A week went by I emailed "where's my order" and didn't receive a reply, another week another email this time a rude unapologetic response. "You ordered discontinued merchandise and we emailed you your order was canceled" Not exactly folks. Twenty minutes after my order confirmation email I received an email containing a small square box titled 'credit card void receipt' there was NO text or explaination whatsoever! This was unclear and very unprofessional as was their eventual reply. Zero star rating in my book.

GBPoor Communication After Lost Order Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!

GBNot sure yet..paid extra for express shipping n 5days later still no package. Website is easy to browse thru and checkout is simple and easy. I paid $13 extra for express shipping because it was somthing I needed soon but 5days later its still not here even tho I got a email saying it was processed and shipped out the next day. Today is Sunday so I kno I won't get it today but I could of paid standard shipping for this. Btw had to go out n buy what I ordered at a store since package didn't arrive.

GBperfectly quick and simple I ordered my scrubs Monday, had them on my back Wednesday. Doesn't get much better than that!! :D The only part I didn't like was that i wasn't able to verify my order was placed online and nobody ever answered the phone when i called customer service. That could just be a staffing problem but still. Having never used this site before it would have been nice to verify everything was processing. So 1 star off for that, otherwise it was a 5star experience. Definitely will order scrubs here in the future.
