GBPoor Communication After Lost Order Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!

GBPoor Choice Ordered a 3 wheel walker. It took 1 month several calls and email before my purchase was finally sent. It came in a ripped up box held together by tape. Fortunately there were no pieces missing even with the gaping hole in the box. The gave me a useless tracking number that I assume was for the return receipt and not an actual tracking number. If you want you purchase in a timely manner, good customer service and shipped correctly in an adequate box, I suggest you look elsewhere.

GBOrdered the wrong ones- wanted to… Ordered the wrong ones- wanted to exchange for the correct ones but I can’t find anywhere on the site to do so and it looks like there’s a crazy fee just to exchange
