Great Place to Shop! We have been ordering supplies for the last two or three years, and always have had great service. Fast delivery of the items ordered and assistance provided on the phone was second to none. They even special ordered some items and we always received some discounts, and at times price matched items. Special thanks to "Zee" who has always gone that extra mile to help us out.

Before i found this company i had to shop several different places to get a complete order. Their prices are fair and the shipping was must faster than anticipated. still awaiting delivery... my order was placed on 7/15 & they sent the survey on 7/18, but today is 7/25 & my shipment has not yet arrived. Poor Communication After Lost Order Unfortunately the quality and integrity of a company is evident by the way they handle a problem. In this case, Healthcare Supply Pros have not returned calls or emails regarding a recent order. Being forced to deal with the shipping agent is unacceptable. Order not delivered, shipping agent now instructs me to deal with merchant and after that; still no communications received by merchant. Not sure if it's a honest mistake somewhere but no way to tell since I can't talk to someone to help resolve this matter. Frustrated!

Very Poor!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I did not get the product I ordered and the people that I called on the phone were very rude and unprofessional. Two men were screaming at me at the same time on the phone! They advertised their product incorrectly and refused to stand behind their mistake. Save yourself the aggravation and order from another site!!
