GBSketchy service Tried contacting the company multiple times because I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping information but was charged over a week ago. Still hasn’t responded to any emails. Phone line is disconnected. This is an extremely sketchy website. Do not order from them.

GBPoor Choice Ordered a 3 wheel walker. It took 1 month several calls and email before my purchase was finally sent. It came in a ripped up box held together by tape. Fortunately there were no pieces missing even with the gaping hole in the box. The gave me a useless tracking number that I assume was for the return receipt and not an actual tracking number. If you want you purchase in a timely manner, good customer service and shipped correctly in an adequate box, I suggest you look elsewhere.
