INI have ordered 14 masks on 20th Mar… I have ordered 14 masks on 20th Mar 2021 (Order #4708) and the shipment was supposed to be sent in 3 business as I have paid 45 euros only for shipment. I have sent multiple reminders so far and no response from company so far.

HUTerrible service I have ordered 15 masks when the company offered an extra sale in their newsletter.( 2021. April 13.) I paid for it, but never got it, because UPS didn't deliver because of the wrong address or wrong phone number, so they didnt contacted me and they sent back the masks. When I realized it I contacted Cosmo2 about 5 times, emails, and NO ANSWER AT ALL. No masks and no money return.

SKLong time wait for delivery and still not received and no communication from the seller Very dissapointing service , I ordered masks 3 weeks ago and till now no contact from seller. I asked for tracking number and no answer. I ordered masks in summer 2020 and first time we received masks in about 6 weeks. But it was during company startup. They still dont have masks in stock and selling all around the world. Communication is terrible. I could have have other masks for that money immediately nowadays. Very angry because I need masks now .. not after pandemics.

BENice product Nice product. Very lightweight. Soft part (face side) is feels very clean and not intrusive. Only small caveat : there should be a metal bridge on the nose to pinch it and make it more protective. Delivery was super fast and customer service very responsive.
