Terrible service I have ordered 15 masks when the company offered an extra sale in their newsletter.( 2021. April 13.) I paid for it, but never got it, because UPS didn't deliver because of the wrong address or wrong phone number, so they didnt contacted me and they sent back the masks. When I realized it I contacted Cosmo2 about 5 times, emails, and NO ANSWER AT ALL. No masks and no money return.

Very Disappointing Service I felt I should update my review as I did finally receive my masks 3 months after purchasing them! No contact from Cosmo at all, no apology or explanation just an automated notification saying order was on its way! But they were quick to respond to my review on here! Obviously don’t like people knowing the truth! Even on here they can’t manage an apology. Still would advise touching them with a 10 foot pole!! Original review: Yeah looks like I’ve fallen for the scam too! Ordered 4 masks for the family on 18 Sep and never got them. In the early days I did receive responses from them but all they did was lie to me and when I insisted on a refund they’ve completely stopped responding to me!! Furious!!

Great masks! (Slow but sure shipping) Love my masks - I bought a range of colours for a few people. They are very comfy esp the way the straps are designed. However, did experience slow shipping due to the COVID delay but was all resolved and I received my order eventually!

I received my masks after a 4 months… I received my masks after a 4 months delay and although I was really angry with this, I have to say that the quality of the mask is far superior to anything else I've tried till now. I am sure that things have changed regarding the company's policy on deliveries and I will make another purchase very soon.
