INI have ordered 14 masks on 20th Mar… I have ordered 14 masks on 20th Mar 2021 (Order #4708) and the shipment was supposed to be sent in 3 business as I have paid 45 euros only for shipment. I have sent multiple reminders so far and no response from company so far.

HUTerrible service I have ordered 15 masks when the company offered an extra sale in their newsletter.( 2021. April 13.) I paid for it, but never got it, because UPS didn't deliver because of the wrong address or wrong phone number, so they didnt contacted me and they sent back the masks. When I realized it I contacted Cosmo2 about 5 times, emails, and NO ANSWER AT ALL. No masks and no money return.

DEI never thought I would be excited... I never thought I would be so excited about buying a mask until now. An awesome product in design, protection and comfort. The adjustable ear straps are a bonus. I would definitely recommend.
