Total scam - Avoid at all costs Ordered masks and sanitiser months ago, still not received. Repeated emails led to claim that it had been shipped out. One month after that, email received that refund was being made for the sanitiser and the masks were shipped. Refund not received, masks still no where to be seen. Left a review on the website; It was not positive so naturally it was never posted up. Total piece of s*** operators behind this sham. Some developing country operation masquerading as an American based company. Even if I did get the masks, I would not dare to wear them after all this. Probably just some pieces of cloth sewn together.

I never thought I would be excited... I never thought I would be so excited about buying a mask until now. An awesome product in design, protection and comfort. The adjustable ear straps are a bonus. I would definitely recommend.

Long time wait for delivery and still not received and no communication from the seller Very dissapointing service , I ordered masks 3 weeks ago and till now no contact from seller. I asked for tracking number and no answer. I ordered masks in summer 2020 and first time we received masks in about 6 weeks. But it was during company startup. They still dont have masks in stock and selling all around the world. Communication is terrible. I could have have other masks for that money immediately nowadays. Very angry because I need masks now .. not after pandemics.

I have ordered 14 masks on 20th Mar… I have ordered 14 masks on 20th Mar 2021 (Order #4708) and the shipment was supposed to be sent in 3 business as I have paid 45 euros only for shipment. I have sent multiple reminders so far and no response from company so far.

Very Disappointing Service I felt I should update my review as I did finally receive my masks 3 months after purchasing them! No contact from Cosmo at all, no apology or explanation just an automated notification saying order was on its way! But they were quick to respond to my review on here! Obviously don’t like people knowing the truth! Even on here they can’t manage an apology. Still would advise touching them with a 10 foot pole!! Original review: Yeah looks like I’ve fallen for the scam too! Ordered 4 masks for the family on 18 Sep and never got them. In the early days I did receive responses from them but all they did was lie to me and when I insisted on a refund they’ve completely stopped responding to me!! Furious!!
