I purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.

Helps reduce migraines & eye fatigue Not only do I recommend this product because it helps reduce my migraines and eye fatigue, I am also very impressed with the customer service of this company. I was out of the 90 day warranty when it no longer charged. They quickly rushed me an entirely new massager. I recommend giving this a try, it really helps!

Buyer beware I bought this product because I have chronic headaches/migraines. I tried it several times and it did not help me at all. It actually was painful to wear and made my head feel worse. I have been emailing customer service to return the product and they are stalling, not wanting to give me an address to send it to in order to get a refund. Please know you will have the same issues I am having if this product doesn't work for you.

The eye massager works well but I also… The eye massager works well but I also ordered the neck “massager” which isn’t a massager at all. I asked for a refund and they said they refund everything except that one. They offered me 25% back which took a while to get back, but they did eventually refund it. Good products, but just make sure it’s for the use you need it for. The neck “massager” just sends electrical pulses and does not actually massage. The eye mask works well.

I ordered this for my daughter-in-law… I ordered this for my daughter-in-law who suffers from terrible migraines. It was slightly delayed in shipping, I imagine that was from the whole Covid thing....So, I contacted this company and they immediately got back to me and it arrived within just a few days! My daughter-in-law absolutely loves this product and says it definitely helps her on those awful migraine days. It is well-made and very comforting to use. Even though I don't have migraines, I plan on ordering one for myself to help with eye strain from computer work. Thank you HeaEyes for this wonderful product!
