GBI purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.

GBI use mine once or twice a day I use mine once or twice a day. I had some difficulty with the buzzing part, but the fourth setting eliminates it. The first device I've used that combats the pressure. Was tough to get used to the noise, but the relief has been worth it from the beginning. Great for bedtime, except half the time I fall asleep before it's done.

GBI have yet to receive my HeaEyes in the… I have yet to receive my HeaEyes in the mail. I suffer from terrible migrine headaches and truly hope that your product will help me. I have tried everything else. Check back in a week or so...maybe by then it will have arrived!!!
