GBI purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.

GBI love my Heaeyes I use it every night I love my Heaeyes I use it every night. I go to sleep faster and sleep thru the night without waking up. I have even fallen asleep with it still on. It has helped with not having as many migraines. I would for sure recommend this to anyone wanting better sleep and when needed calmness. and have recommended to family.

GBI have yet to receive my HeaEyes in the… I have yet to receive my HeaEyes in the mail. I suffer from terrible migrine headaches and truly hope that your product will help me. I have tried everything else. Check back in a week or so...maybe by then it will have arrived!!!

FRI ❤️ it First I bought it for myself, then I had to buy one for my boyfriend then he bought one for his mother. 🤣 The only problem with this product is that once you tried it, you can’t live without haha. They are still sending me some mails to advice me some trick to protect my eyes. I am very pleased with their customer service.

GBHelps reduce migraines & eye fatigue Not only do I recommend this product because it helps reduce my migraines and eye fatigue, I am also very impressed with the customer service of this company. I was out of the 90 day warranty when it no longer charged. They quickly rushed me an entirely new massager. I recommend giving this a try, it really helps!
