GBThe eye massager works well but I also… The eye massager works well but I also ordered the neck “massager” which isn’t a massager at all. I asked for a refund and they said they refund everything except that one. They offered me 25% back which took a while to get back, but they did eventually refund it. Good products, but just make sure it’s for the use you need it for. The neck “massager” just sends electrical pulses and does not actually massage. The eye mask works well.

GBBuyer beware I bought this product because I have chronic headaches/migraines. I tried it several times and it did not help me at all. It actually was painful to wear and made my head feel worse. I have been emailing customer service to return the product and they are stalling, not wanting to give me an address to send it to in order to get a refund. Please know you will have the same issues I am having if this product doesn't work for you.
