I use mine once or twice a day I use mine once or twice a day. I had some difficulty with the buzzing part, but the fourth setting eliminates it. The first device I've used that combats the pressure. Was tough to get used to the noise, but the relief has been worth it from the beginning. Great for bedtime, except half the time I fall asleep before it's done.

Helps reduce migraines & eye fatigue Not only do I recommend this product because it helps reduce my migraines and eye fatigue, I am also very impressed with the customer service of this company. I was out of the 90 day warranty when it no longer charged. They quickly rushed me an entirely new massager. I recommend giving this a try, it really helps!

Buyer beware I bought this product because I have chronic headaches/migraines. I tried it several times and it did not help me at all. It actually was painful to wear and made my head feel worse. I have been emailing customer service to return the product and they are stalling, not wanting to give me an address to send it to in order to get a refund. Please know you will have the same issues I am having if this product doesn't work for you.

I purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.
