I ordered this for my daughter-in-law… I ordered this for my daughter-in-law who suffers from terrible migraines. It was slightly delayed in shipping, I imagine that was from the whole Covid thing....So, I contacted this company and they immediately got back to me and it arrived within just a few days! My daughter-in-law absolutely loves this product and says it definitely helps her on those awful migraine days. It is well-made and very comforting to use. Even though I don't have migraines, I plan on ordering one for myself to help with eye strain from computer work. Thank you HeaEyes for this wonderful product!

Buyer beware I bought this product because I have chronic headaches/migraines. I tried it several times and it did not help me at all. It actually was painful to wear and made my head feel worse. I have been emailing customer service to return the product and they are stalling, not wanting to give me an address to send it to in order to get a refund. Please know you will have the same issues I am having if this product doesn't work for you.

I love the eye massager I love the eye massager. It helps me relax before bed. And it eases the tension from migraines. I use it almost every night. And the customer service is awesome. After many months, the heat quit working in my eye massager and they just sent me a new one!
