I ordered this for my daughter-in-law… I ordered this for my daughter-in-law who suffers from terrible migraines. It was slightly delayed in shipping, I imagine that was from the whole Covid thing....So, I contacted this company and they immediately got back to me and it arrived within just a few days! My daughter-in-law absolutely loves this product and says it definitely helps her on those awful migraine days. It is well-made and very comforting to use. I purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.
