I have yet to receive my HeaEyes in the… I have yet to receive my HeaEyes in the mail. I suffer from terrible migrine headaches and truly hope that your product will help me. I have tried everything else. Check back in a week or so...maybe by then it will have arrived!!!

I ordered this for my daughter-in-law… I ordered this for my daughter-in-law who suffers from terrible migraines. It was slightly delayed in shipping, I imagine that was from the whole Covid thing....So, I contacted this company and they immediately got back to me and it arrived within just a few days! My daughter-in-law absolutely loves this product and says it definitely helps her on those awful migraine days. It is well-made and very comforting to use. Even though I don't have migraines, I plan on ordering one for myself to help with eye strain from computer work. Thank you HeaEyes for this wonderful product!

Buyer beware I bought this product because I have chronic headaches/migraines. I tried it several times and it did not help me at all. It actually was painful to wear and made my head feel worse. I have been emailing customer service to return the product and they are stalling, not wanting to give me an address to send it to in order to get a refund. Please know you will have the same issues I am having if this product doesn't work for you.

I ❤️ it First I bought it for myself, then I had to buy one for my boyfriend then he bought one for his mother. 🤣 The only problem with this product is that once you tried it, you can’t live without haha. They are still sending me some mails to advice me some trick to protect my eyes. I am very pleased with their customer service.

I use mine once or twice a day I use mine once or twice a day. I had some difficulty with the buzzing part, but the fourth setting eliminates it. The first device I've used that combats the pressure. Was tough to get used to the noise, but the relief has been worth it from the beginning. Great for bedtime, except half the time I fall asleep before it's done.
