I ❤️ it First I bought it for myself, then I had to buy one for my boyfriend then he bought one for his mother. 🤣 The only problem with this product is that once you tried it, you can’t live without haha. They are still sending me some mails to advice me some trick to protect my eyes. I am very pleased with their customer service.

I purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.

I was out of the 90 day warranty when it no longer charged. They quickly rushed me an entirely new massager. I recommend giving this a try, it really helps!

I love the eye massager I love the eye massager. It helps me relax before bed. And it eases the tension from migraines. I use it almost every night. And the customer service is awesome. After many months, the heat quit working in my eye massager and they just sent me a new one!
