I use mine once or twice a day I use mine once or twice a day. I had some difficulty with the buzzing part, but the fourth setting eliminates it. The first device I've used that combats the pressure. Was tough to get used to the noise, but the relief has been worth it from the beginning. Great for bedtime, except half the time I fall asleep before it's done.

I ordered this for my daughter-in-law… I ordered this for my daughter-in-law who suffers from terrible migraines.
