I purchased the Eye massager within the… I purchased the Eye massager within the first 3 weeks the heat elements went out and that was with less than 20 hours of use. I got ahold of cs and they sent a new unit. Within 3 weeks same thing heating feature went out now they won't return my emails. Also when I ordered it the first time it came with a lifetime warranty, they have changed the website to a 90 day limited warranty. So I'm not sure how to get them to honor the lifetime warranty? Besides the heat going out the massager did help my migraines, but not without the heat.

I love the eye massager I love the eye massager. It helps me relax before bed. And it eases the tension from migraines. I use it almost every night. And the customer service is awesome. After many months, the heat quit working in my eye massager and they just sent me a new one!

Buyer beware I bought this product because I have chronic headaches/migraines. I tried it several times and it did not help me at all. It actually was painful to wear and made my head feel worse. I have been emailing customer service to return the product and they are stalling, not wanting to give me an address to send it to in order to get a refund. Please know you will have the same issues I am having if this product doesn't work for you.
