GBOrdered a Airsence 10 which now I have… Ordered a Airsence 10 which now I have a problem with. I purchased on 1-3-23 which is still under warranty. I have severe sleep apnea and ordered a replacement CPAP to have on hand while the warranty one is replaced. The weekend call service person was excellent in helping me and UPS is delivering today 3-19-2024 but receptionist was not friendly when I reached back out for the warranty issues and it took a act of God for someone respond back, but when tech support reached out they never responded back with return info for the malfunctioning unit. Reached out and no response. Never again

GBPurchase a Resmed Travel Mini Travel… Purchase a Resmed Travel Mini Travel Case from The CPAP Shop. When it arrived, I noticed it was too small for what I hoped for and kindly requested an RMA to return this item for a refund? Was quickly dismissed and told that this was not applicable for return? It is brand new in the box? The CPAP Shop will not accept this return! Will no longer shop here for my supplies…

GBDone with this broken website. I've bought from them twice before, no problems at all. But not this time. I cannot log in, website will not accept my password (same password that has always worked before). After numerous attempts, I reset password. As I fill my cart, one item continually locks up my computer, will not load. OK, forget the cleaning solution. I try to check out, no success. I know the problem isn't my payment info. Repeated error message. OK, maybe it's my computer, I'll try on a second computer in my home. Same issues, items won't load, won't accept my new password that I literally just reset. OK, I guess you don't want my business anymore. Suit yourself, I'll buy elsewhere.

GBDisappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by thecpapshop.com. Despite their claims of a seamless process, my experience has been far from it. Firstly, their response time to emails is unacceptably slow, leaving customers waiting for days for a reply. Additionally, their assistance with RX issues, even with prior approval, is lacking. What's worse is their aggressive email marketing, bombarding my inbox with six advertisements in just the past two days. Dealing with sleep apnea and other health issues is challenging enough without having to wait nearly a month for a company that eagerly accepted payment on day one. I can only hope that I receive the unit I ordered at this point. However, based on this experience, I will never consider doing business with them again.

GBTheir return policy is limited Their return policy is limited. I bought a chin strap. I had to open the flimsy plastic bag to try it on. Got itchy from the material. The CPAP won’t accept return since the bag was open. Could have saved my $18 and get a chin strap from Amazon for a half the price and return it if it doesn’t work out.
