GBI routinely order from The CPAP Shop I routinely order from The CPAP Shop. But for one of the orders the travel CPAP I ordered never showed up infront of my door. It was ordered in march 2020, with Order Number: 100861713. They did due diligence with UPS and responded to me when I reported this as a fraud transaction to Bank of America. It is already been 20 days, they didn't send me the refund as of 10/26/2020.

GBOrdered a Airsence 10 which now I have… Ordered a Airsence 10 which now I have a problem with. I purchased on 1-3-23 which is still under warranty. I have severe sleep apnea and ordered a replacement CPAP to have on hand while the warranty one is replaced. The weekend call service person was excellent in helping me and UPS is delivering today 3-19-2024 but receptionist was not friendly when I reached back out for the warranty issues and it took a act of God for someone respond back, but when tech support reached out they never responded back with return info for the malfunctioning unit. Reached out and no response. Never again

GBDisappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by thecpapshop.com. Despite their claims of a seamless process, my experience has been far from it. Firstly, their response time to emails is unacceptably slow, leaving customers waiting for days for a reply. Additionally, their assistance with RX issues, even with prior approval, is lacking. What's worse is their aggressive email marketing, bombarding my inbox with six advertisements in just the past two days. Dealing with sleep apnea and other health issues is challenging enough without having to wait nearly a month for a company that eagerly accepted payment on day one. I can only hope that I receive the unit I ordered at this point. However, based on this experience, I will never consider doing business with them again.

GBVery diligent and thorough Very diligent and thorough. Refunded me immediately for a machine I ordered by mistake, and the correct machine that I subsequently ordered arrived less than one week later. Excellent customer service. Email frequency could be less, however.
