Very fast shipping! Only place to carry a small size of "monkey chow" for parrots. Cannot find anywhere locally. I will buy here again! Easy to order - quick delivery, although shipping was quite pricey. I'm willing to pay a more reasonable rate for shipping and wait an extra few days to get my product, but this option was not available.

Great Service I ordered a moisturizing spray for my bird's feathers and it arrived very quickly. I have only been using it for a brief time, so we'll see if it works well or not. Arcata offered good customer service and a nice selection of items for all types of pets.

PET DIVIDER I bought the divider for our geckos, and not only the offering experience was quick and easy, but the product was shipped immediately. This pet divider was made for aquariums, to divide fish, but we bought it for our geckos, and it works perfectly in our 10 gallon terrarium. We had to modify the top with some chopsticks and aluminum foil, because unlike fish, our geckos did climb over it... 😁🐊🐊 I wish you had one made for reptiles, but this works. Thank you!
