Your company does a very good job but time can be a concern on occassion Your company does a very good job. At this time our main concern is the amount of time it takes to complete some of the background checks. We appreciate your employees taking the time to complete some follow up before we get our results but some of our checks are not coming back for five to seven days after being submitted. If the review is going to take this long maybe we could be informed of this in some way. At times having to wait on the checks is setting our time frames back and causing delays in housing applicants.

Your policy of requiring only one way to order credit reports. Your policy of requiring an account to be able to order credit reports in one way, with a credit score or without a credit score. Many time a customer will come in with their own CS or not. I would like to be able to order CR with or without CS as needed.

Really appreciate them I've used ATS as long as we've had our 3 little units, 10 years. They've given us great information, which we can choose how to act upon. Their personal customer service is also phenomenal, returning calls or emails very quickly.
