I have never met someone who is soo gifted in both the technical and spiritual realms. She will provide you with concrete action steps that will help change your life, and also share spiritual wisdom on how to tap into your own innate power. Her coaching style is both practical and incredibly nurturing. I have never worked with someone as skilled and gifted as Julie. I would JUMP at the opportunity to work with her again.

It is hard to truly express in words… It is hard to truly express in words the validation, love, reflection and releasing that has occurred in my mind, body and soul over the last 14 weeks. I feel more grounded, calm and clear than I have since I started my career in medicine and I am deeply grateful for the return to self and beyond. This program will change your life. I joined the Awaken program in February 2023 after working in high intensity jobs for many years. I was burned out and knew something needed to change. Joining Awaken was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I completed the Awaken program and continued on with other programs that are part of We Are the Women. A year later I have truly changed and as a result my life has changed in ways I could not have imagined. Julie has created a truly transformative program and built an amazing team. Julie Santiago is the real thing! I highly recommend Julie Santiago’s Awaken Your Life program. As with all personal and professional development programs, you get out of it what you put into it. Julie is an amazing coach. She inspires, motivates, teaches, supports and leads by example. Her laser focused coaching is insightful and compassionate. Her staff is top notch. I value being part of the AYL alumni community. I worried that I wouldn’t like the group coaching model, but having gone through it, I now understand the many benefits of this model. It doesn’t replace 1-on-1 coaching, though this program does provide some of that, but the group coaching model provides a peer group as well as multiple coaches to learn from. If you’re serious about making changes in your life, this program works.
