It is hard to truly express in words… It is hard to truly express in words the validation, love, reflection and releasing that has occurred in my mind, body and soul over the last 14 weeks. I feel more grounded, calm and clear than I have since I started my career in medicine and I am deeply grateful for the return to self and beyond. I cannot recommend this more to women who are feeling that parts of themselves are trapped, broken or lost despite being successful outwardly. So much love for an incredible vision and team. This program will change your life. I joined the Awaken program in February 2023 after working in high intensity jobs for many years. I was burned out and knew something needed to change.
