I started as the caterpillar 🐛 and evolved into a beautiful Butterfly 🦋 my journey with Julie and Coach Heather was a life-changing experience, and I will forever be grateful. If you are genuinely ready for a profound change, this is the journey you must take. Just trust the process and know you can have it all.

Julie Santiago is the real thing! I highly recommend Julie Santiago’s Awaken Your Life program. As with all personal and professional development programs, you get out of it what you put into it. Julie is an amazing coach. She inspires, motivates, teaches, supports and leads by example. Her laser focused coaching is insightful and compassionate. Her staff is top notch. I value being part of the AYL alumni community. I worried that I wouldn’t like the group coaching model, but having gone through it, I now understand the many benefits of this model. It doesn’t replace 1-on-1 coaching, though this program does provide some of that, but the group coaching model provides a peer group as well as multiple coaches to learn from. If you’re serious about making changes in your life, this program works.

Finding Julie was like finding a hidden… Finding Julie was like finding a hidden treasure! She can hold a big space for female leaders in an energetic way as well as a practical way in helping you resolve your actions that you need to take to realize your desires, step by step. Julie holds your hand through all of it. She is able to see your brilliance and reflect it back to you so that you can see it too.

Not impressed I signed up for the free call and it was awful . The women sounded like she was reading off a script paper and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. There was no “ coaching “ she didn’t even tell me much about the program . All she kept asking me was “ how motivated I was to change , am I willing to do what it takes .” I am a very motivated and successful woman - I am also not a stupid one. I don’t blindly commit to anything. Finally after an hour I said I had to go because this was going nowhere . I was looking forward to this after reading such good reviews but I was beyond disappointed. Oh then she tried to get my review removed .. so obviously if you leave a bad one it gets removed so of course it is all 5 stars.

This program is the real deal. Listen, I know what you're thinking. How can a program really change my life? Why would it be worth the $? This comprehensive program changed things I've been trying to shift on my own for over a decade. The principles, approach, and practices are the real deal. I am so grateful for what I've learned because it's sustainable and you get lifelong access to the e-learning site. Take the leap. This is what any ambitious, overworked, badass woman needs. You deserve it.
