All American has been a great help… All American, especially Timothy Lawson, have been a great help throughout this difficult period of our lives. Timothy and his Assistant Kierra have worked with us every step of the way and the process went quickly. If they didn't have the answer to a question or problem they went above and beyond to find the correct solution. We couldn't be happier & cannot thank them enough. ❤

My PCC Janet Perez is THEE Best! My PCC Janet Perez is THEE Best!! She is kind, patient, considerate and thorough! She takes her time and explains what I don’t understand, she never loses her cool, and in today’s world that is uncommon. People are unprofessional at every turn, but not Janet, she is the most Professional person I’ve worked with. When she says she’s going to call she calls! If she said she will email or text, she Actually DOES it! She is so pleasant and respectful, and that is a Gift! I don’t know her age but she Always consistently calls me Ms. Elliott , she is a sweetheart! I wish I could literally clone her for other people who tell me their horror stories. This world definitely needs more Janets! When people are sick and in need of care a kind word makes a difference. I truly appreciate MY Janet, she is a God Send!!

I have been with All American Home Care… 5years and the TEAM does AMAZING JOB! I have been with All American Home Care for 5years. I truly love the team whom I'm assign to and that is Masheene and Glo the coordinators. They both do amazing work especially Masheene who has been our coordinator for 5 yrs. She keeps me inform and checks on my father daily needs. She's on top of all her JOB and although Glo came along to work with us a little recent she's been amazing as well. AAHC I would like to honor these ladies for the amazing work that they do. And hope they continue to stay on as our coordinators :) because they make us feel safe and shows that they care about not only my elderly father but me as well. My experience thus far working with them has been a good experience.

She communicates with me weekly to do a follow up!! I truly appreciate everything she has done for me, being a single mother of two she understands that things can get difficult. This agency is excellent as a disabled… This agency is excellent as a disabled veteran I highly recommend anyone use this agency Lauren pucchi has been very helpful and always goes above and beyond to help out they even helped me to get to my local welfare office to transfer my insurance to my new county. I can't say anything bad about this agency and I've dealt with lots of agencies the past 10 years this place is the cream of the crop.
