GBMy PCC Janet Perez is THEE Best! My PCC Janet Perez is THEE Best!! She is kind, patient, considerate and thorough! She takes her time and explains what I don’t understand, she never loses her cool, and in today’s world that is uncommon. People are unprofessional at every turn, but not Janet, she is the most Professional person I’ve worked with. When she says she’s going to call she calls! If she said she will email or text, she Actually DOES it! She is so pleasant and respectful, and that is a Gift! I don’t know her age but she Always consistently calls me Ms. Elliott , she is a sweetheart! I wish I could literally clone her for other people who tell me their horror stories. This world definitely needs more Janets! When people are sick and in need of care a kind word makes a difference. I truly appreciate MY Janet, she is a God Send!!
