I am from the NW I am from the NW, I scheduled a few tests for my father which required fasting so needed to be early in the day. What I thought would be a simple process turned out to be a nightmare, none of the nearby labs had an availability till a week or 2 weeks out, when I tried changing to in home collection their system was broken 2 days straight, I lost complete trust when I asked for a refund and they asked for a 20% cancelation fee which was preposterous. I will certainly not be using Health Labs again
