What I thought would be a simple process turned out to be a nightmare, none of the nearby labs had an availability till a week or 2 weeks out, when I tried changing to in home collection their system was broken 2 days straight, I lost complete trust when I asked for a refund and they asked for a 20% cancelation fee which was preposterous. I will certainly not be using Health Labs again

100% recommend Super easy process. The chat assistant was responsive immediately and very helpful. I feel like the price was reasonable and the results were fast!

Good value, efficient. Will use again. The online portal to order tests was efficient and easy. 3 days later results not received, and website says "test not available" but they mean the test results are not yet posted. Confusing, but I called and got results over the phone on a Saturday.

Low Vitamin D levels In the past, I have had low Vitamin D and Ferritin levels. My Primary Care Doctor checks these levels annually but I like to have these levels checked every 6 months. Ordering the requested tests is easy, and reasonably priced. Results are received within 1-2 days. I will continue to use HealthLabs for my blood work.
