Efficient and effective Was very impressed with the hard work, time and effort put in by our rep. We were looking for a specific type of property. Small warehouse with a yard. Our rep quickly presented options over and over. When we did not like certain properties or could not come to terms our rep kep providing options until we found the right location.

Achilles Coffee Roasters I submitted the contact form on Digsy's website and a couple of days later Will came and picked me up and showed me several available retails spaces around Central San Diego. Although it took about 6 months to find what I was looking for, we eventually found it and Will got me great terms on the lease. I will engage with Will again when it is time for Achilles Coffee to open a new location.

Helpful Customer Experience Looking for an office space was fairly easy thanks to my specialist at Digsy. J'aime Kim (TPG Commercial) was extremely helpful and persistent every step of the way. She was constantly checking in to make sure that my needs were still the same, or if they had changed. When a new property would become available she would update me with all of the information, and when we ultimately found a place, she seemed genuinely excited for us that we had settled into our new office space.
