As a startup, we wanted an exciting and modern space, which was difficult to find amongst the cubicle farms prominent in the area. Digsy provided us a free and easy way to get a sense of what was out there and narrow down our search quickly. We're excited to have moved into a new 6,600 sq. ft. space with a Spanish mission-style resort feel that we were able to customize to fit our needs and was suggested to us on Digsy.

Helpful Customer Experience Looking for an office space was fairly easy thanks to my specialist at Digsy. J'aime Kim (TPG Commercial) was extremely helpful and persistent every step of the way. She was constantly checking in to make sure that my needs were still the same, or if they had changed. When a new property would become available she would update me with all of the information, and when we ultimately found a place, she seemed genuinely excited for us that we had settled into our new office space. Chris was great Christopher Fraser at First Team Commercial was great. He went above and beyond to help me find my unit that I needed ASAP. He found properties that were not listed on any property search website. He also was available late nights and weekends.

Connected me with the RIGHT person with great results I was doing a lot of driving around and calling the listed numbers on the business center "For Rent" signs. NOT 1 agent called me back, even after leaving a message saying that I am ready to sign this week and need a space ASAP. Jessica called me the morning after I filled out the form online and had listings to me by lunchtime. She found me a space just outside of my location but was 250$ a month cheaper. I was working with another agent at the time but he never returned my calls and basically gave up his search. Jessica responded very professionally and timely, setting up appointments for showings. I signed the lease immediately and moved in right away thanks to her moving so fast.
