I was able to get an appointment the day off within the hour and Steven the technician took care of me and an associate of his. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. On a late Friday afternoon On a late Friday afternoon, after 4pm, my portable oxygen concentrator shut down "due to overheating". I called Fletcher's and gave the required info, I did not expect such a quick response BUT I got one. The service tech came with a new concentrator, he was so very kind and courteous. I forgot his name but will NOT forget the quick service or his kindness.
