GBIf I could give the a 0 . If I could give them a 0 .. I would. It’s been the WORST Homecare company I have ever acquired. They don’t acknowledge that if a patient has a power. Port it’s because they can’t have their veins accessed. They’ve given the runaround for over a month to get labs- now that I demand that my mother be discharged , now they act sweet and try to see if they can resolve the issue- no humanity, no concern and no empathy. Thumbs down!! So disappointed! There are better Homecare companies who really know what they’re doing and put patients first, like it should be!

GBAdapt Health at Elmhurst have very nice… Adapt Health at Elmhurst have very nice people and very knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment the day off within the hour and Steven the technician took care of me and an associate of his. They are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing.
