Great Customer Service I placed an order with Alan meds Monday. I received a notice my package was delivered Friday. I did not receive my package. I reached out to customer service got an immediate respond and they had a replacement prepared by Friday. I greatly appreciate the time an attention that was given to my issue and how quickly they worked to resolve a problem they did not create.

Respond times are so slow. I’m having trouble with the company responding to me online unfortunately. It’s taking longer than expected.
