Good experience under difficult circumstances Richard and Al were very responsive in putting together a Learjet and crew including doctor and nurse to fly us from Quebec City to Los Angeles in less than a day's notice. We had no trouble reaching them or getting calls back during setup. They arranged ground ambulance at both ends. Pilots and attending physician and nurse were very attentive to my wife's needs throughout the flight.

They literally helped save my wife’s life ‼️There is no other way to say it than that AARC (Advanced Air Ambulance Corp) by way of their relentless Representative Richard Abbara saved my wife’s life. My wife suffered a life threatening injury while we were on vacation last month for our anniversary.
