Advanced air ambulance should be your first choice! Advanced air ambulance received a 5 star rating because they did everything right! All arrangements were easy to make because someone from the team consistently answer the phone as well as thoroughly answering all my questions no matter how many times I may have asked to have something repeated. Even when the wire transfer took extra time due to the weekend they were totale supportive an understanding of the situation. I highly recommend this service!

Advanced Air Ambulance is Excellent Advanced Air Ambulance is excellent in every respect. Advanced Air Ambulances provides excellent service, great care for their patience and great value. We were in Italy traveling and my wife fell and broke her pelvis and had additional complications. I contacted air ambulance companies but Advanced Air Ambulance was the most responsive. Richard is awesome and kept in contact with us and informed. On the day that my wife got out of the hospital, I contacted him and within a day he had arrangements made for my wife to return to the US by air ambulance. Richard also arranged for ground ambulance transportation in Rome, Istanbul and Los Angeles. Two flight nurses who were ICU trained took great care of my wife on the two flights home by providing life support and medications and were excellent, professional and caring. The nurses also helped us at the airports in Rome and Istanbul with boarding and customs. When we arrived in Los Angeles, the two nurses followed us home to check on my wife and to make sure she was well. This is rare nowadays. There was not a single glitch or problem from leaving the hotel in Rome, on the flights to Los Angeles and arriving at our home in Los Angeles. We are blessed, thankful and grateful to Advanced Air Ambulance, especially Richard. I highly recommend Advanced Air Ambulance as they are the best. They deserve more than FIVE STARS for their great service, compassionate care, responsiveness and assistance.

Delivered on every promise Wow. I hoped I would never have to use a service like this. However, when we needed to transport my mother from North Carolina to Florida, the team at Advanced Air Ambulance was nothing short of spectacular. I knew as soon as I gave Richard all the pertinent information, he had control of all the logistics. they were extremely punctual and delivered on their promise of timeliness, safety, and care. I hope we never have to use a service like this again but, if we do, there is no doubt who our choice will be.

They literally helped save my wife’s life ‼️There is no other way to say it than that AARC (Advanced Air Ambulance Corp) by way of their relentless Representative Richard Abbara saved my wife’s life. My wife suffered a life threatening injury while we were on vacation last month for our anniversary. After 2days of calling companies to get her transported back to the United States, Richard called me back and organized a charter jet to get her out of there same day - a miracle especially during the weekend.
