Great App - Very Poor Customer Service The app works perfectly and the dispatch service is super vigilant. But if you call customer service you must leave a message and they don't return your calls. If you send an email, it will likewise be ignored! It's incredible that a company would produce such a great product and then ruin their reputation with dismal customer service.

Great App I was referred to the Snug app during a serious domestic violence situation and it has truly made me AND my family feel a sense of security - if anything were to happen, someone would know. I can't thank Snug enough for helping me feel safe in a crazy situation. Thank you, Snug!

This is a great app for older seniors… This is a great app for older seniors living alone who are not living with a serious chronic illness. It provides assurance that, in case of an emergency, they would not be alone more than 24 hours.

I recommend snug safe to my senior… I recommend snug safe to my senior clients who live alone. Especially if family members live out of town, the peace of mind is worthwhile.

Great app - nice to feel safe at home! I love the Snug app. It allowed me to have several check in times each day and it has notifications to remind me to check in. I appreciate having the peace of mind from knowing that my emergency contacts would be called if I didn't check in. Their customer service is very responsive and super nice folks.
