However, I quickly realized that the coach is really there to support and guide me - all the way to feeling better. And the weekly, one-on-one calls are critical. It holds me accountable and it feels good to try different things together with someone. I may have known what I needed to do, but I needed a jumpstart and some accountability. Changing habits are hard to do.

GBThe Mymee program has been such a blessing The Mymee program has been such a blessing. 5 years ago I had a surgery that I feel I have never recovered from. Since then I developed an autoimmune disease and have really struggled with my health. The Mymee program has put me back on a healthy track! My health coach Chelsea is outstanding! She looks at my diet, supplements, lifestyle, etc to identify "triggers" that set me back. Many times she has suggested alternatives to certain foods or supplements that have really made me feel better. I feel that if I had this program(and Chelsea) available to me after the surgery I wouldn't have gotten the autoimmune disease. Thanks so much!
