ILBest app for MS trigger-symptoms analysis Mymee made it simple to begin understanding how my diet, habits, lifestyle choices and MS symptoms might be interconnected. I actually enjoyed using my app every day to track my triggers and looked forward to my coach sessions to dive into the data. Kristen was really knowledgable in helping me figure out my triggers and different things I could try to help me feel stronger in my body. Most of all I enjoyed finally feeling empowered in this disease.

GBi’m not sure what I was expecting from… i’m not sure what I was expecting from recording data but I thought it would be a little bit more insightful. it’s not the App’s fault. I just think it needs more work to really give the kind of feedback that I was looking for in recording. I wish it was more accessible for the user. To see the data that was recorded in some sort of chart or graph. I really want to understand the trends aligned with my symptoms are what I’m doing. Is there an objective connection? I like data to drive my decision making.

GBWonderful program and health coach! I had a wonderful experience with Mymee. My health coach, Jen, was so invested, detail-oriented, and personable, and was basically an encyclopedia of knowledge in all different types of wellness modalities and philosophies. I always looked forward to our weekly call as I knew I would be getting unique, holistic, (and surprising!) insights each time. We were able to identify a handful of likely triggers that make my symptoms worse, and I am currently in the process of completing the final experiments.

GBEnlightening and reviving Honestly thought I did this yesterday stating how wonderful your business has been for me. Chelsea has been more than patient with me. Not going to lie it’s been hard switching a diet that I have done since eating my first solid foods Some things we tried have produced no results while others may potentially prove to be extremely helpful (doesn’t mean it’s easy but it’s totally worth it. Im still learning new things from her. I love learning so this part is great
