However, I quickly realized that the coach is really there to support and guide me - all the way to feeling better. And the weekly, one-on-one calls are critical. It holds me accountable and it feels good to try different things together with someone. I may have known what I needed to do, but I needed a jumpstart and some accountability. Changing habits are hard to do.

I actually enjoyed using my app every day to track my triggers and looked forward to my coach sessions to dive into the data.
