GBi’m not sure what I was expecting from… i’m not sure what I was expecting from recording data but I thought it would be a little bit more insightful. it’s not the App’s fault. I just think it needs more work to really give the kind of feedback that I was looking for in recording. I wish it was more accessible for the user. To see the data that was recorded in some sort of chart or graph. I really want to understand the trends aligned with my symptoms are what I’m doing. Is there an objective connection? I like data to drive my decision making.

GBMymee has been one of the most beneficial health tools I have used Mymee has been one of the most convenient apps to use for my health. Making the app so intuitive made my compliance of using it higher.I loved my coach, Hailey Knauer. Sessions with her felt like therapy and we addressed my health issues. It also felt much more relaxed than seeing a functional medicine doctor. I did not feel pressured into adding/removing any food item. I loved the discussions and the tiny nudges to experiment and see how my health responded. Thank You!

GBWonderful program and health coach! I had a wonderful experience with Mymee. My health coach, Jen, was so invested, detail-oriented, and personable, and was basically an encyclopedia of knowledge in all different types of wellness modalities and philosophies. I always looked forward to our weekly call as I knew I would be getting unique, holistic, (and surprising!) insights each time. We were able to identify a handful of likely triggers that make my symptoms worse, and I am currently in the process of completing the final experiments.
