My health coach Chelsea has been a wonderful treasure chest of knowlege and support for me. The tracking method was easy to work with and conform to my crazy life and schedules. It is a great support to anyone who suffers from autoimmune issues. I would highly recommend their programs.

GBMymee Coaching help is the missing link between 'should do' and DOING & BEING Healthy I came to Mymee for coaching help around my food choices and got so much more! My coach listened carefully, reviewed my important health docs with me and came back with negotiable suggestions that were tightly tied to my personal goals. I credit Mymee's advice and coaching with helping me get rid of my brain fog, eat right so I have energy all day long - and most importantly - becoming an athlete again. ILBest app for MS trigger-symptoms analysis Mymee made it simple to begin understanding how my diet, habits, lifestyle choices and MS symptoms might be interconnected. I actually enjoyed using my app every day to track my triggers and looked forward to my coach sessions to dive into the data. Kristen was really knowledgable in helping me figure out my triggers and different things I could try to help me feel stronger in my body. Most of all I enjoyed finally feeling empowered in this disease.

GBWonderful program and health coach! I had a wonderful experience with Mymee. My health coach, Jen, was so invested, detail-oriented, and personable, and was basically an encyclopedia of knowledge in all different types of wellness modalities and philosophies. I always looked forward to our weekly call as I knew I would be getting unique, holistic, (and surprising!) insights each time. We were able to identify a handful of likely triggers that make my symptoms worse, and I am currently in the process of completing the final experiments.
