High Praise for MyMee This is the most useful tracking software I’ve ever used because it’s so easy and quick to use, it’s easy to see patterns, relationships, and histories, and the MyMee staff can offer insights. My PCP and healthcare support team appreciate the information I can show them. Most importantly, it’s helping me figure out how to reverse diabetes. Almost there!

The Mymee program has been such a blessing The Mymee program has been such a blessing. 5 years ago I had a surgery that I feel I have never recovered from. Since then I developed an autoimmune disease and have really struggled with my health. The Mymee program has put me back on a healthy track! My health coach Chelsea is outstanding! She looks at my diet, supplements, lifestyle, etc to identify "triggers" that set me back. Many times she has suggested alternatives to certain foods or supplements that have really made me feel better. I feel that if I had this program(and Chelsea) available to me after the surgery I wouldn't have gotten the autoimmune disease. Thanks so much!

Having someone to support me Having someone to support me To begin with, I was a bit skeptical. However, I quickly realized that the coach is really there to support and guide me - all the way to feeling better. And the weekly, one-on-one calls are critical. It holds me accountable and it feels good to try different things together with someone. I may have known what I needed to do, but I needed a jumpstart and some accountability. Changing habits are hard to do.

Enlightening and reviving Honestly thought I did this yesterday stating how wonderful your business has been for me. Chelsea has been more than patient with me. Not going to lie it’s been hard switching a diet that I have done since eating my first solid foods Some things we tried have produced no results while others may potentially prove to be extremely helpful (doesn’t mean it’s easy but it’s totally worth it. Im still learning new things from her. I love learning so this part is great
