GBWonderful program with amazing people! I am a picky person who has high standards when it comes to my care team. Mymee has been amazing! My health coach Chelsea has been a wonderful treasure chest of knowlege and support for me. The tracking method was easy to work with and conform to my crazy life and schedules. It is a great support to anyone who suffers from autoimmune issues. I would highly recommend their programs.

DKHaving someone to support me Having someone to support me To begin with, I was a bit skeptical. However, I quickly realized that the coach is really there to support and guide me - all the way to feeling better. And the weekly, one-on-one calls are critical. It holds me accountable and it feels good to try different things together with someone. I may have known what I needed to do, but I needed a jumpstart and some accountability. Changing habits are hard to do.

GBI have truly enjoyed the Mymee… I have truly enjoyed the Mymee experience! My coach has been awesome! I look forward to talking with her each week. She has helped me learn so much about my symptoms and managing food sensitivities in the few weeks I have used Mymee. It would have taken me years if ever with my doctor. She has given me insights into autoimmune, sleep, dietary relationships I would not have learned otherwise! I was a little leery about speaking to a coach each week but now I am totally comfortable talking to her and again look forward to our calls!

GBWonderful program and health coach! I had a wonderful experience with Mymee. My health coach, Jen, was so invested, detail-oriented, and personable, and was basically an encyclopedia of knowledge in all different types of wellness modalities and philosophies. I always looked forward to our weekly call as I knew I would be getting unique, holistic, (and surprising!) insights each time. We were able to identify a handful of likely triggers that make my symptoms worse, and I am currently in the process of completing the final experiments.
