GBI have learned so many beneficial facts to help me reach such positive goals in my life. I have learned so many beneficial things that I was unaware of for my health. I got educated on food choices, how to cook meals and how to create boundaries for myself to feel better. I am setting goals for myself to achieve. This has been an amazing journey and I am ever grateful for making the positive change in my life. I'm a baker and it is so rewarding to be able to bake treats and have no desire for the sugar. The natural fruit choices I make are so rewarding. I have enjoyed everyone and love the support I have found!

GBGreenroots Living a Life Saver I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in December 2019 which I chose to ignore for a longtime. Pryer to that I was diagnosed with AFIB and was told by my cardiologist to have an ablation, which I also put off to long. When I finally went in for my ablation in June 2021, my A1c was an 11 and my sugar was 325 on the day of my surgery. I was sent home with insulin shots that I had to take four times a day, every meal and also before bedtime. It finally hit me that I was in trouble. To say I was scared is an understatement. I knew I had to do something and face this and that's when one of my friends introduced me to Taylor. From our first consult I knew that she was the one who was going to help me get my health back. My energy level went up 100% within a couple of weeks of starting the plan. Before I always felt like I needed a nap all the time and I was always fatigued. GBWhen Health Matters It has been 2 months since I've been on the green roots program. I have experienced noticeable changes in my energy and as well as my physical being. I've lost inches around the waist and I think about 14 lb. I have made some Lifestyle Changes with food. Overall the changes have been really minor but have attributed to Major success in the results I have achieved. Limiting just specific Foods such as red meats, milk, butter , and reducing caffeine have achieved major results. Taylor has gave me the tools on how to prepare meals that have led to many personal gains. I know this will be a permanent lifestyle regime for me. I highly recommend this program for anyone who has Health as a number one priority.
