I lost 10 lbs weight, dropped my A1C numbers by 3 points, significantly reduced my high blood pressure to normal, improved circulation, addressed emotional eating, gained lots of energy, slept the best in years, and became more focused as a diabetic. GBWhen Health Matters It has been 2 months since I've been on the green roots program. I have experienced noticeable changes in my energy and as well as my physical being. I've lost inches around the waist and I think about 14 lb. I have made some Lifestyle Changes with food. Overall the changes have been really minor but have attributed to Major success in the results I have achieved. Limiting just specific Foods such as red meats, milk, butter , and reducing caffeine have achieved major results. Taylor has gave me the tools on how to prepare meals that have led to many personal gains. I know this will be a permanent lifestyle regime for me. I highly recommend this program for anyone who has Health as a number one priority.
