USI have learned so many beneficial facts to help me reach such positive goals in my life. I have learned so many beneficial things that I was unaware of for my health. I got educated on food choices, how to cook meals and how to create boundaries for myself to feel better. I am setting goals for myself to achieve. This has been an amazing journey and I am ever grateful for making the positive change in my life. I'm a baker and it is so rewarding to be able to bake treats and have no desire for the sugar. The natural fruit choices I make are so rewarding. I have enjoyed everyone and love the support I have found!

USOH MY GOODNESS IT WORKS! Oh My Goodness... It is working. I released 55 lbs. in the first 8 weeks on the Greenroots eating plan. I am type 2 diabetic on insulin and have struggled getting my blood sugars down. My blood sugars were in the high 300's and sometimes 400's and the medications were just not working. My blood sugars came down within the first two weeks and are averaging between the 70's and 120's; and insulin doses are decreasing. What makes this program so satisfying is the variety of foods including fruits, carbs, etc. and the amazing support. This is a lifetime doable approach to diabetes and weight reduction. I lost 10 lbs weight, dropped my A1C numbers by 3 points, significantly reduced my high blood pressure to normal, improved circulation, addressed emotional eating, gained lots of energy, slept the best in years, and became more focused as a diabetic. USWhen Health Matters It has been 2 months since I've been on the green roots program. I have experienced noticeable changes in my energy and as well as my physical being. I've lost inches around the waist and I think about 14 lb. I have made some Lifestyle Changes with food. Overall the changes have been really minor but have attributed to Major success in the results I have achieved. Limiting just specific Foods such as red meats, milk, butter , and reducing caffeine have achieved major results. Taylor has gave me the tools on how to prepare meals that have led to many personal gains. I know this will be a permanent lifestyle regime for me. I highly recommend this program for anyone who has Health as a number one priority.

USI have my life back! Four weeks ago, my blood sugar was out of control, I had no energy and was not sure what do do. I saw a Facebook Ad for Greenroots Living and Taylor Reilly. After listening to Taylor’s presentation and then speaking with her personally, I decided to trust her and follow her plan for me. In four days my blood sugar numbers dropped to a normal range! In four weeks, I have lost 10 lbs, I have cut my blood sugar meds in at least half and have more energy than I have had in a long time! Last weekend I played 18 holes of golf on Saturday and Sunday and was not tired!! Four weeks ago I was struggling to just get to the golf course. My prayers were answered when I met Taylor.
