Customer service does not exist Customer service does not exist. Phone number is not real. They dont have live agents. Sent me the wrong order. Still havent gotten word back. Not using ecms anymore. Just pray that A) you actually get your order B) The order is correct because youre not getting a refund

Purchases The purchases are very good overall, but I always have to write back to request a tracking number. It should be automatically provided right after shipping. Just a suggestion.
