GBMy Bloating is gone! Thanks PlantStreet! K woke up bloated everyday. Next he ate a breakfast primary made of processed cereal, carbs, milk and went to work. At work, K felt tired and lack of energy. During lunch K liked to have pizza, burgers or sandwiches. Dinner consisted of food high in carbs, protein and fat. Along with bloating, K also had chronic constipation and related digestive issues. K wanted to change but had no idea where to start and what is causing his health issues. He used to think oat cereal is good and that milk and milk products are the basics of human diet. One day K came across Plant Street. Plant street changed Ks view on whole plant diet and helped him understand what is happening to his body when K consumes carbs, milk and high amounts of fat. After spending some time with Plant Street, Ks view on food took a 180 degree turn. The amazing doctors, dietitians and yoga experts at PlantStreet helped him understand the difference between whole plant based food vs processed foods. In addition, the coaching sessions provided psychological support and helped stay focused on the new lifestyle. Today, Ks mornings are great and full of energy. The constipation and bloating are long gone and his productivity at work has increased. At home K is energetic and likes to play with his kids unlike before where he used to be grumpy and lazy. The yoga and whole plant based diet helped him loose a lot of extra pounds and have greatly reduced his risk of diabetes and heart problems. Whole plant based is a lifestyle. I did it and it’s not easy to let go of eating habits that took years to develop but, if you are suffering like I did, food is what caused it and only food can fix it. We came in contact through Facebook with Alison and she became our inspiration and teacher! We watched the videos and began to really understand about eating Wholefood Plantbased! We gained meal plans, recipes, and encouragement through Plant Street and one-on-ones with Alison. Our questions were answered and we are now both doing so much better healthwise eating WFPB. GBI participated in Alison's first 8-week… I participated in Alison's first 8-week consulting group and I learned so much about eating a healthier diet, free from meats, dairy, and oils. Although I did not go "all in" during the 8-week class, I chose to eat Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) breakfasts and lunches, and try to eat one WFPB dinner each week. The transition was easy because Alison and Plant Street provided recipes and menu plans. As my schedule lightens up over the summer months, I intend to add more WFPB dinners to my weekly meal plan. This has been a great learning experience for me and I recommend Plant Street to anyone wanting to make changes to their current diet. Thank you Alison and Plant Street!!!
